Times are tough right now and understandably people are looking for stability, something which working in care provides. Currently there are almost 11 million people in the UK aged over 65. By 2032 this will have increased to almost 13 million. A growing ageing population means an increase in care work and with an average of 105,000 care vacancies being advertised every day in 2020 – that trend looks set to continue.
