Wellness Bags

Our care service provides flexible, person-centred support to meet peoples individual needs and assist them to live independently in their own homes.

Our home first service provides domiciliary care and support, enabling people to leave hospital and return to their own homes.

We understand the winter months can have a real impact to those vulnerable people with health conditions or caring responsibilities. This is why we supplied essential wellbeing bags to individuals over this challenging period.

Showing someone that somebody cares about them and are thinking of their wellbeing means a lot to many. Some of our customers are isolated and may only see our support staff daily. Customers returning from hospital stays may return home to empty cupboards with no essential or home comforts in stock.

Rebecca Smicle, our Chief Executive said of the wellness bags:

The wellness bags will help our customers during a crucial time in their lives as they settle back into their homes. They offer practical support and symbolise our commitment to the wellbeing and independence of every person we support.

The wellness bags included a range of carefully selected items chosen to ease the transition from hospital to home. These items are intended to provide both physical support and emotional comfort, ensuring a smoother and more comfortable adjustment period.
